Finding the right real estate salesperson is an absolute must when buying or selling property. As an investor and former broker (from New York) I needed to find someone who was well versed in all city/state as well as, bank/financing requirements to guarantee a successful transaction. I still thank my lucky stars that after interviewing 4 salespeople, I found Dawn. I definitely agree with another of her clients that she is a ROCK STAR - a well-deserved commendation. Dawn was the consummate professional at all times. When the going got rough (and they could get rough!) Dawn was always the calming force and always 2 steps ahead of everybody. Her vendor connections responded to our last-minute calls because they have the utmost respect for her experience. I guess what I'm saying is, when buying or selling real estate, you must find someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, professional AND ethical. Dawn IS all that. After, our transaction, 5 of my friends requested Dawn's business card and I was more than thrilled to oblige.
